To prepare homemade tincture, we will need the following ingredients: vodka, apples, granulated sugar and vanillin (you can do without it or replace a teaspoon of vanilla sugar).

My apples, wipe it dry and cut into four parts. Cut seed boxes, stalks. The pulp along with the skin (400 grams) is cut into thin slices.

In a liter jar, we transfer the chopped apples.

Add 100 grams of sugar and literally a pinch (on the tip of a knife) vanillin. If the apples are sweet, put less sugar or add lemon juice (to taste). It can be poured even at the end of insisting.
Step 5
Pour vodka (500 milliliters). We tightly tighten the screw lid or close it with a very dense nylon.
Step 6
A good shaking can so that sugar is dissolved. We put the future tincture in a dry and dark place. We insist for two weeks at room temperature. During this time, we take out a jar and shake a couple of times so that the contents are more actively exchanged by tastes and aromas.
Step 7
This is what apple tincture looked like after 14 days.
Step 8
The sieve is covered with gauze, folded in 4-5 layers, and recluding the contents of the can. Pour apple slices, then throw it away.
Step 9
Tincture of apples on vodka is ready. It turns out about 600 milliliters. I will not say about the fortress, so I do not have an alcoholometer.
Step 10
We pour it into a beautiful dish, tightly close it and send it to the refrigerator for a week for ripening. This is not necessarily, but so tastier and fragrant.
Step 11
