Preparation: Step 1

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients for cottage cheese waffles in a waffle box.

The key to delicious baking is a quality cottage cheese. It can be chosen any fat content, the main thing is that it is not very wet. If the cottage cheese is coarse -grained, you can wipe it through a small sieve so that the test structure turns out to be more homogeneous.

As a flavor, I used vanilla sugar. Instead, you can add a pinch of vanillin or vanilla extract. If you do not like vanilla, you can add cinnamon, citrus fruits or not to use flavorings at all.

Wheat flour should be of good quality.

Additionally, rum, sweet liquors, fruit tinctures, cognac, finely chopped nuts, grated chocolate, crushed dried fruits can be added to the waffle dough.

The baking powder can be replaced with soda with vinegar. Soda must be taken 2 times less than baking powder. Put it off with vinegar and immediately add to the dough, while in a spoon there is a seething. Stir well. The dough with soda must be baked immediately.

  • Step 2

Pick up deep dishes for whipping. Before use, rinse the eggs with running water, if necessary, with a brush and detergent. Dry with a napkin. Break into a bowl. Pour sugar, salt, vanilla sugar.

  • Step 3

It is most convenient to knead the waffle dough with a mixer. I have a manual mixer with a capacity of 500 watts.

Beat eggs with sugar to light lush mass. It took me about 4-5 minutes at low speed. This step is similar to whipping a biscuit dough.

  • Step 4

Add cottage cheese to the dough. Stir with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency.

  • Step 5

Pour sifted flour and baking powder. Mix a mixer so that there are no lumps from flour.

  • Step 6

Pour in vegetable oil (15 ml). Use refined oil. Mix.

  • Step 7

I got a waffle dough with cottage cheese, since initially I did not wipe it through a sieve.

  • Step 8

I like a homogeneous, smooth dough. Therefore, I used a submersible blender to make the structure of cottage cheese dough more homogeneous and without lumps of cottage cheese. But, if you do not interfere with small cottage cheese grains in the texture, it is not necessary to break through the blender of the dough.

  • Step 9

The dough turns out to be medium density, but at the same time it flows well from the ladle.

  • Step 10

Turn on the electric power in the network. Heat 5 minutes.

A green light is turned off in my waffle box, and only red is burning when the technique heats up well. To check the temperature of the device, open the top panel and pour a drop of dough on the bottom. If the preparation process has begun, then the waffle roller warmed up well.

  • Step 11

Open a wafel. Lubricate with a small amount of vegetable oil. I lubricate both the upper and lower panel only once before the first use.

  • Step 12

Pour the dough into each panel. Close with a spoon. I added to 70-80 g. Close the waffle troop and cook for 5-6 minutes. The baking time of the waffle is individually for each waffle model.

If the dough is made more liquid, curd waffles will turn out to be more thin. If the dough is thicker, waffles will turn out to be thicker.

  • Step 13

Gently, silicone spatula, disconnect the waffles from the panel and transfer to the plate.

  • Step 14

From this portion of the test, 5 waffles weighing 70-80 g. Each. Serve waffles to the table in warm form.

  • Step 15

Cottage cheese waffles in a waffle are ready. You can sprinkle sugar, supplement with condensed milk, honey, melted chocolate, jam, sweet cream, berries and fruits. The choice is yours. Nice tea party!
