I will use the highest grade wheat flour for baking cupcakes.
Vegetable oil for the recipe is suitable for sunflower or olive without smell. It can be replaced with melted butter.
I will use corn starch. With it, the baking is more tender and less dry. You can take flour instead of starch.
Lime can be replaced with lemon. The lemon is more sour, and the lime gives a small bitterness. The choice is yours.
For the filling, use any thick jam or jam. I have a peach jam.
