Step 1

Sanding (grated) pie with Feihoa in the oven. Step 1

To prepare this delicious crumbly cake with filling, we need the following ingredients: wheat flour, face, sugar, butter, chicken eggs, corn starch, baking powder and salt.

Step 2

Let's make a sand dough for the future cake. I like to knead the products in the kitchen combine, but it can also be done with your hands. We put 100 grams of soft (not melted, namely softened) butter, 150 grams of sugar and two eggs in the dish.

Step 3

We pierce everything together to a state of smooth and homogeneous delicate cream.

Step 4

Now we sift 350 grams of wheat flour into a separate dish. We put one teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt there. Tip: Always prepare a home looser for the future according to this recipe. It turns out a lot and many times cheaper than a store!

Step 5

Mix and pour to the wet part.

Step 6

Quickly knead the sand dough for the pie so that it becomes as homogeneous as possible. Such a dough should be soft, delicate, but practically not to stick to the hands. If by consistency it turns out too wet and smeared, add still flour. Posterly dry — enter a little water or milk.

Step 7

We take out the dough and divide it into two parts — more (for the base) and smaller (for the top).

Step 8

We give the pieces a more flat shape (so that it was faster and it was convenient to hold it in the hand when rubbing) and wrap it in cling film (new plastic bags). We put in the freezer for the time required to harden the dough. If your freezer has a quick frost mode, the dough will blow out literally after 30-40 minutes. In other cases, it will take several hours. Tip: you can knead the sand dough the day before, as it is well stored in this form for several months.

Step 9

The filling for the future pie will consist of only three ingredients: Feihoa, granulated sugar and corn starch. 300 grams of my berries, dry it and arbitrarily cut it. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of corn starch (it can be replaced with a teaspoon of potato).

Step 10

We pierce with a submersible blender or grind in a kitchen combine. We get an almost homogeneous mass of dirty green color. Another option: cut the face with a very small cube and mix with sugar and starch.

Step 11

When the sand dough freezes, we take the baking dish. It can be completely any: round, oval, square or rectangular. You want to even bake such a pie on a baking sheet. Most of the dough is rubbed on a coarse grater in shape (I use a round ceramic diameter of 23 centimeters), evenly distributing it to the bottom and sides.

We shift the berry filling, level it.

Step 13

Sanding (grated) pie with Feihoa in the oven. Step 13

On top of the second piece of dough. Do this on weight, otherwise the grated dough sticks together and it is difficult to carefully distribute it.

Step 14

Bake a grated pie with a face in the oven (do not forget to heat it in advance) at 180 degrees for about 50-55 minutes. Heating in electric breathing — lower+upper, without convection. We bake until appetizing rosy crust!

After baking, the finished grated pies from Feihoa must definitely let it be cool, and then you can cut into pieces. Crushing crumbly sand dough and aromatic berry filling. Prepare for health, friends, and pleasant to you appetite!
