Preparation: Step 1

  • Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of a paste with chicken in creamy sauce.

    Recommendations for the choice of ingredients:

    Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels.

    It is better to choose a fresh spinach, but you can use stocks from the freezer. Cherry is better to use sweet.

    If you like thick sauce in the paste, you need to give preference to cream with a large percentage of fat content — 33-35%. I love an easier option, so I use 10% fat.

  • Step 2

    Pour water into the pan of medium volume, salt. After boiling water, add the paste and cook according to the instructions on the package (usually 8-10 minutes). After cooking, throw the paste into a colander. Just in case, leave about 100 ml of water from cooking for sauce.

  • Step 3

    Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

  • Step 4

    Prepare a deep pan for a paste with chicken in a creamy sauce.

    Heat the pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil with the addition of butter.

    Send pieces of fillet to the pan, salt and pepper a little. Fry to golden color on both sides for about 2-3 minutes, periodically turning over. It is important not to fry the chicken, it should remain juicy. When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan and put it aside.

  • Step 5

    Prepare a cream sauce for the paste.

    In the same pan, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil if necessary. Pass the garlic through the press. Add to the pan. Fry, constantly mixing, for a minute. The fire should not be strong so that the garlic does not burn.

  • Step 6

    Gradually pour cream and bring to light boiling. To reduce the fire to a minimum and cook the sauce to thicken for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them to the sauce. Cooking over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes so that the Cherry become a little softer, but do not lose their shape.

  • Step 8

    Add spinach and mix. Prepare the cream sauce for another 1-2 minutes, until the spinach begins to fade. If the spinach is fresh, it will quickly decrease in volume.

  • Step 9

    Return the chicken to the pan. Stir all the ingredients.

  • Step 10

    Add boiled paste. Mix thoroughly. It should be saturated with sauce.

    If the sauce is too thick, add a little water from cooking pasta.

  • Step 11

    Paste with chicken in creamy sauce is ready. Divide the paste by plates. Decorate with fresh spinach or, if desired, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
