    Season soup with meatballs and vermicelli salt and pepper. Add dried or fresh greens. Mix once and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat, until all ingredients are ready.

  • Step 13

    If the soup remains after lunch, after complete cooling, you need to send it to the refrigerator with a tightly closing lid or poured into a glass jar with a lid. The shelf life of the soup in the refrigerator is up to 3 days at a temperature of +2 to +5 ° C. I do not recommend freezing, as potatoes and vermicelli can lose their texture.
