Preparation: Step 1

    Then pour eggs into the dough one at a time and each time knead it until smooth. At first, the mass will mix poorly, but gradually it will become homogeneous. Thus, enter all eggs into the dough.

  • Step 5

    The dough should be without lumps and glossy.

  • Step 6

    Grate cheese and add to the dough. Leave part of the cheese (about 2 tbsp) for sprinkling from above. Mix the dough well.

  • Step 7

    Transfer the dough into a culinary bag. For convenience, you can use a long glass where you need to insert the bag, turn the edges and then put the dough there with a spoon.

  • Step 8

    Turn the baking sheet with baking paper and put small balls, leaving the distance between them, because In the process of baking, guns will greatly increase in size.

    If you do not have a culinary bag, then you can plant guns with two spoons, forming more accurate balls. You can also use a spoon for ice cream, then guers will be the same size.

    Bake in an average oven preheated to 190 degrees 15 — 25 minutes or golden. The baking time depends on the features of the oven and the size of the guns. Large in size guns can bake longer. In the process of baking, it is better not to open the oven, otherwise guers can fall off and no longer rise!

    Take the guns from the oven and completely cool on the grill.

    Prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop the greens, rub the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze it through the press.

    Put cream cheese in a bowl, add herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Try the filling and adjust salt/pepper.
