    Peel the mushrooms from twigs and dirt, rinse quickly. Cut each champignon in half and then cut into medium pieces.

    Do not keep champignons for a long time in water when washing. Mushrooms quickly absorb water and after preparation, begin to give the absorbed liquid into the dish. And she is not needed there.

    Instead of champignons, you can take chanterelles or any other mushrooms that you love.

  • Step 5

    Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic.

    Fry the onion with garlic for a couple of minutes until transparent. The fire should be slightly lower than the average so that the garlic and onion do not burn.

    Add chopped mushrooms to the pan and mix.

    Prepare mushrooms with periodic stiring for 4-5 minutes. Mushrooms during this time will decrease well in size.

    Add minced meat, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix everything well and fry the minced meat for 5 minutes. If desired, you can add your favorite spices at this stage. But it is better if they are not too bright. In order not to interrupt the creamy taste of ready -made pasta with minced meat.

    The minced meat should become lighter and almost completely prepare, remaining juicy and fragrant.

  • Step 11

    Pour pasta into the pan, add water and cream. Mix everything well, close the pan with a lid, reduce the fire to the minimum and cook pasta with minced meat under the lid for 7 minutes.

    Pay attention to the fact that the cooking time of pasta can change. It depends on the type of your pasta. Some pasta are prepared in 5 minutes, and some need 10. To determine the exact time of preparation of pasta, you should read the instructions on the packaging. From the time indicated on the package, one minute must be taken and prepared according to the recipe. For example, on the packaging of my pasta, the cooking time is 8 minutes. At this stage, I cook them for 7 minutes, leaving one minute for further steps.

    While the pasta is being prepared, chop finely dill and prepare thyme, freeing the leaves from the stem.
