Prepare all the ingredients for the preparation of fried bell pepper with garlic.
I recommend choosing peppers of different colors — red, yellow, green and orange. This will make the dish brighter. Vegetables should be solid, smooth, without spots and damage. Avoid wrinkled, soft fruits.

Wash the bell pepper under running water thoroughly. Remove the stalks. Remove all seeds from the inside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan.

Put the chopped bell pepper in the pan. Fry over medium heat, stirring periodically.
Fry to the softness and appearance of golden edges. This usually takes about 7-10 minutes. Do not forget to mix.

When the Bulgarian pepper is almost ready, add chopped garlic. Mix. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry all together for another 1-2 minutes.

Frying bell pepper with garlic is ready. Decorate the dish with fresh herbs. For example, parsley or basil.
You can serve both hot and cold. This is a universal dish, which is delicious both in itself and as an addition to other dishes. It can be used as a side dish or added to salads.
