Prepare the ingredients for the meat and mushroom dishes in a frying pan.
I use mixed minced meat. This time I have about 40% beef and 60% pork.
Instead of garlic powder, you can use a fresh clove.
Marjoram can be replaced with thyme or your favorite seasoning.
Vegetable broth. If you use water, don’t forget to season it to taste.

Wash the champignons and cut them into approximately 1-1.5 cm cubes.
I never peel the skin of mushrooms. I also don’t remove the skirt if it fits tightly to the hat-leg.
In general, mushrooms should be fresh, light, and not open. I just don’t buy scary ones, with stains, or with a torn wide skirt. I see that the champignons in the store are ugly, so we don’t take them and come up with another dish.

Step 3
Cut half the onion into cubes for the filling, and grate the other half into minced meat.
I take a regular grater and grate it in 5 seconds. You can grind it in a blender or when twisting the minced meat, twist the onion too.

Fry the champignons and onions with a tablespoon of oil. Add a little salt.
Champignons provide a lot of water. First, fry the onions, and after about two minutes the mushrooms. Do not turn the heat to low, as the water will not have time to evaporate and everything will begin to stew rather than fry.
The filling for the meat zraza is ready.

Add half the crackers (25 g), marjoram, egg, garlic powder, a mixture of peppers and salt (5 g) to the minced meat.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly and beat lightly until viscosity and smoothness.
If it’s dry, take a couple of tablespoons of broth.

Divide the minced meat into approximately 5 parts.
I got 130 grams each.

Using a wet palm, flatten the minced meat into a flat cake and add a spoonful of filling.

Form immediately and roll in breadcrumbs.

Place the meat zrazy with mushrooms in a hot frying pan with a tablespoon of oil.

Fry on both sides until golden.

In a small amount of broth, stir flour, dried mushroom powder and add the remaining broth, cream and a little salt.
