Today we have an interesting Mediterranean salad with a juicy chicken, a piquant peperoni, delicate mozzarella and crisp crops.
Here, probably, the case that you can’t throw words from the song and if the chicken can still be replaced with a turkey, then peperoni, mozzarella and olives must be present.
What is unprincipled is salad. It is not necessary to use the mixture like ours, one can be one, the main thing is that it is as “crispy” as much as possible.
Product set:
- Salad, 200 gr.
- Chicken fillet (breast), 1 pc.
- Mozarella, 125 gr.
- Beans, s/m, 120 gr.
- Salyam peperoni, 100 gr.
- Olives, 60 gr.
- Grenchi, any, 30 gr.
- Lemon juice, 15 ml
- Sugar, 2 gr.
- Black pepper, olive oil, salt
We divide Mozarella with our hands into slices, we’ll tear the salad large, cut the olives with rings.
We salt the chicken, pepper, fry a couple of minutes on each side over high heat, send to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
Let us rest a little, cut into slices.
In a pan over medium heat, fry peperoni for four minutes, transfer to a napkin so that the glass is excess oil.
We send the beans to the place of peperoni, fry for a couple of minutes over high heat.
Mix 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil with sugar and lemon juice.
We collect everything except the grenok in a bowl, refill, mix.
Serve by sprinkling with croutons on top.
