In the recipe, I used the simplest and most affordable vegetables — this is carrot and onions. You can experiment with vegetables by changing them and adding to your liking. For example, there will be zucchini, broccoli or cauliflower, sweet pepper, pumpkin, pitch beans, a battting or other vegetables at your discretion at your discretion. Potatoes can be replaced with celery or Pasternak root. You can add mushrooms.
It is very important to choose a high -quality and tasty melted cheese, on which the taste of the soup depends. I buy cheese in briquettes, it melts very well during heat treatment.
Additionally, you can add some spices to taste, I have enough salt, pepper and lavrushka. As for the green, choose to your liking. You can take dried, frozen or fresh greens. I am a big lover of fresh parsley.

Peel potatoes. Rinse with cold water. Cut in medium pieces. For cutting, I use a figured knife so that the pieces look more attractive. Dip the pan for cooking. The volume of my saucepan is about 1 liter.

Clean carrots and onions. Cut the onion of small cubes. Cut the carrots in half rings. The method of cutting vegetables can be selected at your discretion.
Add vegetables to the pan to the potatoes. If you taste soups with roasting, then the onion with carrots can be frying in vegetable oil until soft and added to the pan with soup at the end of cooking. I prefer to cook the first dishes without roasting, as I think this option is more useful.

Pour in water. I needed 800 ml. This amount of liquid is enough to get soup of medium density. I recommend taking bottled or purified water. Instead of water, any meat broth or vegetable is perfect. Set on moderate fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat.

Cut the smoked chicken into cubes. The size of the cubes is adjusted at your discretion. Add bay leaves. At this step, you can add a couple of peas of fragrant pepper. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
I use smoked chicken for soup. You can take hips or lower legs, a handful, breast. Separate the meat from the seeds, grind to the desired size and use in the recipe.

Prepare eggs for smoked chicken. Break them into a deep plate and shake them with a fork. Pour the egg mixture into a slightly boiling soup with a thin stream, stirring with the second hand. Egg strings are formed.
