Step 1
To prepare this simple and tasty dish, we will need the following ingredients: boiled sausage, milk, wheat flour, mayonnaise, chicken egg, vegetable oil without smell, baking powder, salt and ground black pepper. Milk, mayonnaise and egg should be cold.

For a bat in a deep bowl, pour milk (5 tablespoons), add mayonnaise (2 tablespoons) and a chicken egg. Salt and pepper.

We sprinkle with a fork or whisk until smooth. After that, we sift 2 tablespoons with a slide of wheat flour mixed with a baking powder.

Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. By density, such a batter is a little slurry than the dough for pancakes: it is fluid, but not liquid.

We cut 200 grams of boiled sausage into 5 circles of the same thickness.

We pan a piece in flour (1 tablespoon is enough) from all sides, shaking excess.

Now we heat 100 milliliters of vegetable oil in a pan. We take one circle of boiled sausage and dip it in batter. We act with the rest in a similar way.

We put a sausage in batter in a hot oil and fry on fire above the middle, until the lower side becomes golden.

We carefully turn it over, make a small fire and bring the sausage in batter to readiness of the lower side.
Step 10
We transfer ready -made pancakes with sausage to a plate covered with paper towels or napkins (they absorb oil).

We serve delicate sausage in a crispy batter immediately after cooking with your favorite sauces, vegetables, fresh herbs. Although such a snack is good even in cold form (though the batter becomes soft). Prepare for health and pleasant appetite, friends!
