Step 1
To prepare this tasty and very appetizing cottage cheese casserole, we need the following ingredients: cottage cheese, chicken eggs, semolina, milk, sugar, butter, salt and dried fruits. All products should be at room temperature.
Step 2
Pour 120 milliliters of milk into the bowl and add 50 grams of semolina. Mix and leave on the table for 15 minutes — let the semolina swell.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare dried fruits (200 grams). I chose prunes and dried apricots without bones, raisins and dried cherries (all 50 grams each). Dry fruits quickly wash and dry. We cut the prunes and dried apricots smaller, so that the slices are like highlights.
Step 4
I advise you to wipe 600 grams of cottage cheese through a sieve so that the finished casserole is especially delicate.
Step 5
Literally 10 minutes and such an air mass will turn out.
Step 6
Add a couple of chicken eggs, 40 grams of sugar, semolina and a pinch of salt.
Step 7
Actively mix everything with a fork or a whisk so that the cottage cheese mass becomes completely homogeneous. The mixer is not needed here at all.
Step 8
Add 200 grams of prepared dried fruits.
Step 9
We intervene them in the curd basis and everything is ready for baking.
Step 10
The bottom and walls of the mold (in my case glass, 20×20 centimeters), generously lubricate with soft butter (40 grams).
Step 11
We shift the curd mass with dried fruits.
Step 12
Differently with a spoon or spatula.
Step 13
We bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. I have an electric oven, heating the top-nose, without convection.
Step 14
We give the finished casserole to cool a bit and take it out of the form. It weighs about 1100 grams.
Step 15
Cottage cheese casserole with dried fruits is good and warm and completely cooled. It is perfectly cut by portioned pieces even immediately after cooking. Tender, fragrant and very tasty — a wonderful dessert for the whole family. Prepare for health, friends, and pleasant to you appetite!
