Hi all.
Today we will prepare an interesting version of a hot dog — not with sausage or sausage, but with fish spread. The filling will be similar to forshmak, that is, chopped herring with different fillings.
The combination is unexpected, but very interesting.

Product set:

- Hot dog buns, 2 pcs.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Herring, 80 gr.
- Sour cream, 70 gr.
- Pickled cucumbers, 3 pcs.
- Dried onions, 2 tbsp. l.
- Green onions
- Dill
- Salt
Chop the fish into smaller pieces, cut the cucumbers into small cubes, finely chop the green onions and dill.

Boil the eggs hard, grate or crush them, mix with herring, dill, sour cream and 1/3 of the green onions. Salt to taste.

Heat the buns in the microwave or in the oven, open them, spread the filling, sprinkle with dried onions and serve, garnished with the remaining greens.
