If desired, you can put on chicken breast with cheese and ham toothpicks, but I never do this. If everything is carefully regained, then nothing is revealed during the frying.

Do the same with the rest of the breasts. On top you can slightly salted and pepper — the meat will turn out more aromatic.

First roll each breast in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, and at the end — in breading crackers. It is important to press the breadcrumbs denser to form a good crust.

Heat the oil in a pan. It is desirable that the oil covers the chest at least to the middle. It is better to take a small pan.
Heat the oven to 200 ° C — it will need it a little later.
