Hi all.
We continue the theme of saline-spicy fish soups, and today we will prepare an interesting pickle.
Fish meatballs will be the role of meat component (you can take almost any fish for minced meat), and the company will compose traditional cucumbers, not very traditional capers and completely unconventional ORZO paste (which, by the way, is easy to replace with traditional rice).
Product set:
- Fish minute, 300 gr.
- Potatoes, 100 gr.
- Onion, 1 pc.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Salt cucumbers, 60 gr.
- Tomato paste, 30 gr.
- Pasta Orzo, 25 gr.
- Capers, 20 gr.
- Flour, 15 gr.
- Garlic, 2 teeth
- Dill seeds, 2 gr.
- Dill, green onions
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
We cut the onion in half rings, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers with cubes, capers, garlic, green onions and dill together with the stems chop finely.
Put the minced meat in the bowl, add half of the garlic and capers, flour, salt, pepper to taste, knead, sculpt small meatballs.
Onions, carrots and remaining garlic are frying over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Pour 600 ml of water or broth, bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste, dill seeds, orzo paste, salt, pepper to taste, bring to a boil, put meatballs, cucumbers, cook 10 minutes over low heat.
Add the remaining capers, green onions with dill (leave a little for the feed), remove from heat, leave at rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with greens.
Bon appetit!
