Hi all.
Oh, how many pancake recipes have tried, to count in a column, nor aloud to pronounce! There were no options. Thin and thick, fried and not very, on kefir and milk, with and without herbs.
Usually we do on kefir, but today's guest is a special case. This is our “festive” option and, perhaps, the most successful recipe for yeast pancakes from those that we came across.
Product set:
- Milk, 350 ml
- Flour, 300 gr.
- Water, 250 ml
- Vegetable oil, 100 ml
- Eggs, 3 pcs.
- Sugar, 50 gr.
- Salt, 1 tsp.
- Yeast, 20 gr. living or 7 gr. dry
We heat milk, dissolve sugar and yeast in it, add all the remaining ingredients, thoroughly knead, leave at rest for 40 minutes.
Pour half the ladle on a hot, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil for the pan, distribute with a thin layer, bake 40 seconds
Turn it over, bake for another 40 seconds, transfer to a plate, grease with butter.
We continue the manipulation until the dough ends, give with your favorite additives: sour cream, caviar, salty fish, jam, etc.
Bon appetit!
