Today we’ll try to repeat one of the simple, but at the same time amazingly spectacular and tasty recipes — a pouring cupcake with tangerines.
Product set:
- Tangerines, 7 pcs.
- Flour, 220 gr.
- Vegetable oil, 150 gr.
- Water, 150 ml
- Sugar, 100 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Baking powder, 10 gr.
- Salt, a pinch
From one mandarin we wash with a small grater of the zest. We clean the tangerine itself, put it to the side.
We clean the remaining six and cut it across the halves.
Lubricate the bottom of the baking dish with butter, reprust with flour, sprinkle with a pair of tablespoons of sugar and lay the tangerines with a cut down.
We put the delayed mandarin in a blender, we break the eggs there, add a pinch of salt and beat.
We filter the resulting mass into a large bowl.
Pour water, add sugar, thoroughly stir with a whisk.
Add flour, zest, vegetable oil, baking powder, continue to work with a whisk, bringing the dough to a homogeneous consistency.
We pour the tangerines, shaking the shape slightly so that the dough is better distributed.
We send to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for forty minutes.
Cover the shape with a plate, turn the entire structure upside down and carefully remove the shape.
Slightly cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
