    Prepare all the ingredients for the New Year's snack from champignons.

    Mushrooms should be fresh. It is better to take large champignons, since during cooking they lose their volume.

    Turn on the oven for warming up 200 degrees.

  • Step 2

    Prepare potatoes for a snack from champignons. Peel the potatoes, rinse, cut into large pieces and put in a pan. Pour potatoes with cold water so that it completely covers it. Put a pan with potatoes on fire and cook until cooked.

    You can check the readiness of potatoes with a sharp knife, it should easily pass to the middle of the finished potato.

    Remove the pan from the heat and drain the water from the potatoes. To reduce the cooking time, you can boil potatoes in advance.

    Mark the boiled potatoes with a press and add to it a pinch of salt and pepper. Drive an egg into the potatoes and add a piece of butter. Mix everything well so that the egg and oil are evenly distributed through the potato mass.

  • Step 5

    Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the pan with potatoes.

    The cheese in this recipe was used by Dutch. You can take any variety of half -soft or hard cheese based on your taste preferences. Even soft types of cheeses will give an excellent result, giving the dish special taste notes.

  • Step 6

    Finely chop the dill and add it to the pan with potato mass and cheese. As greens, you can add parsley, as well as any favorite spices. This will add taste and aroma to the finished dish.

    Mix the potato mass so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed to each other.

  • Step 8

    Prepare champignons for the New Year's appetizer.

    Clean champignons of twigs and dirt. Remove the legs from the mushrooms. They can be frozen and then used for preparation mushroom soup or sauce.

    Do not hold champignons in water. They absorb the liquid very quickly, and when preparing they will give it, while losing their elasticity and taste.

  • Step 9

    Cover the baking dish with parchment and put champignons in it. Slightly salt, pepper the mushrooms and pour them with vegetable oil.

  • Step 10

    Bake mushrooms in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • Step 11

    Using a confectionery bag with a nozzle, squeeze the potato filling over champignons. If you do not have a confectionery bag and nozzle, then you can use a dense bag by cutting a corner from it and squeezing the potato filling on top of the baked mushrooms.

  • Step 12

    Bake champignons with a potato cap for another 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

    Remove the finished champignons from the oven and cool in the form where they baked.

  • Step 13

    Remove the New Year's appetizer from champignons in a container with a dense lid. You can store mushrooms with potatoes for 2 days in the refrigerator.

  • Step 14

    Before serving, put a snack from champignons on a serving dish. Decorate with a twig of fresh herbs and serve.

    If desired, this snack can be heated in a microwave or in a warm off oven.
