Today we will make an interesting salad. In fact, a mixture of chicken in Pekine and salad Cole Slow, which surprisingly, turned out to be quite harmonious.
Product set:
- Kurin fillet, 360 gr.
- Apple, 1 pc.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Avocado, 1 pc.
- Sesard refueling, 60 ml (see further)
- Khoysin sauce, 60 gr.
- Pitche, 40 gr.
- Celery, 40 gr.
- Mayonnaise, 50 gr.
- Salty peanuts, 15 gr.
- Sesame oil, 10 gr.
Here we have a ready -made sesame season, the composition of which is the following: 40 ml of water, 5 ml of sesame oil, 5 ml of soy sauce, 10 ml of lime juice.
We clean the apple, cut the celery, cut into strips, cut the peas in the same way. We clean the avocado, remove the bone, cut the pulp with slices, chop the peanuts.
Peas, celery, carrots and apple are put in a bowl, add mayonnaise, sesame seeding and mix.
Pour the chicken with sesame oil with Khoysin sauce, mix, bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 ° C …
… and cut into slices.
We spread vegetables on a plate, chicken, avocados on top and serve, sprinkling with peanuts.
