Hi all.
Today we have a Chinese guest — a salad with an omelet, two types of cabbage, chicken and walnut gas station.
As for the latter, the Shefmarket brought us the finished one. However, it is not difficult to do something similar, mixing soy sauce, lime or lemon juice, sesame oil and ground peanuts.
The salad is quite interesting: tasty, hearty and at the same time relatively simple to prepare.
Product set:
- Kurin fillet, 360 gr.
- Beijing cabbage, 200 gr.
- Red cabbage, 100 gr.
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Honey-arachis sauce, 100 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Arachis crushed, 20 gr.
- Shafran, 1 gr.
- Kisiesza, green onions
- Vegetable oil, salt
We beat off the chicken to a thickness of about 5 mm, cut both cabbage and carrots into strips, the cilantro, along with the stems and the onions are chopped finely, leaving a few cilantro leaves for the feed.
Carrots, cabbage, cilantro and bow are mixed in a bowl with gas station, salt to taste.
We spray the chicken with vegetable oil, salt and roll in a saffron.
We shake the eggs in a bowl, add, pour into a pan, fry over medium heat, turn off the roll …
… cut into strips, put it to the side.
Fry the chicken for two minutes on each side …
… let us rest a little, cut into slices.
We spread vegetables on a plate, put an omelet and chicken on top.
We serve, sprinkling with crushed peanuts and decorating cilantro with leaves.
Bon appetit!
