To prepare this delicious and hearty open cake, we need the following ingredients: wheat flour, butter, chanterelles, chicken eggs, fatty cream, cheese, onions, water, salt and ground black pepper.

Let's get the preparation of the base for the snack pie — chopped dough. It can be kneaded with your hands, but easier and faster — with the help of a food combine (nozzle — a metal knife). Sift 200 grams of wheat flour into the bowl, add a pinch of salt and 100 grams of ice butter. For convenience, I advise you to cut it with small cubes.

We break through all the products to get a slightly wet small baby. Add one chicken egg (directly from the refrigerator) and continue the quick knead.

If the dough is not going to large crumbs, we completely add ice water. It took me a tablespoon. For a long time we do not knead such a dough — it should be very cold.

Pour the chopped dough into a baking dish. I have round (23 centimeters in diameter).

We level the dough, forming the sides. We thickly prick with a fork so that during the baking the bottom does not swell. While sending 15 minutes to the refrigerator.

While the dough is resting, we will take up the filling. We clean one small onion and cut into a small cube. We put 50 grams of butter in the pan and let it melt over medium heat. We lay the crushed onion.

Add 400 grams of chanterelles. I went through them in advance, washed and dried. If the mushrooms are large, cut them with small slices.

We make the maximum fire and wait until the chanterelles let the juice. They will be covered with half. In parallel, we turn on the oven heat (190 degrees, lower and upper heating). When warms up, we put the form with the dough and bake for 15 minutes.

We cook the chanterelles on the strongest heat until all the mushroom juice is evaporated. Depending on the humidity of the chanterelles, the strength of heating the plate and the diameter of the pan, it will take from 10 to 15 minutes. Then we fry the mushrooms, constantly interfering, on fire below the average to a light blush. Turn off the stove.

For pouring into a deep bowl, break chicken eggs (3 pieces), add 200 milliliters of fat cream and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

The base from the chopped dough was almost baked.

We evenly lay out fried chanterelles. We cut 70 grams of cheese with a small cube and put to mushrooms.

Pour the creamy-icon mixture.

We bake an open mushroom pie at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. I cook in an electric oven on the upper+bottom mode, without convection.
