You can knead the dough for oatmeal both manually and with the help of a food combine. The second option is much more convenient and faster, believe me. In the cup of the combine (or a suitable bowl) we connect 125 grams of sugar, 85 grams of soft (we take it out of the refrigerator in advance and let it warm on the table) butter, 0.5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. If you do not like cinnamon, you can not add — this is a natural flavor and it practically does not affect the consistency of the dough.

Ripe the oil with additives until a homogeneous mass is obtained. In the kitchen combine, you can use both a metal knife and a plastic one. Manually do this with a fork, spoon or corolla. And you want — a mixer. Next, add 75 grams of oatmeal flour, a couple of tablespoons of warm water and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt (preferably small grinding).

If the dough is still too smeared, add a little wheat flour. If it turns out scattered, add warm water, but gradually.

The finished dough for homemade oatmeal should be soft, gentle, stick very little to my hands (although I would say that practically do not stick).

It remains to be formed by the workpieces. It is most convenient to divide the dough into pieces of the same size, roll them into balls and add between the palms. For lovers of exact numbers: I get 14 blanks, each weighing 35 grams. We cover the baking sheet with paper for baking and lay out the workpieces for the future oat cookie at a distance from each other. All 14 pieces are perfectly placed on a baking sheet of 37×32 cm.

We place a baking sheet in a preheated oven to an average level and prepare at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The baking time of oatmeal cookies depends on the features of the oven.
