To prepare a delicious cookie cookies, we need only 3 ingredients: coconut chips, sugar and medium -sized chicken eggs.

In a suitable dish, break three raw chicken eggs and add sugar sand there.

Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer at a high speed of about 2 minutes to get an air uniform mass, and grains of granulated sugar are almost completely dissolved. Undoubtedly, you can use a whisk and beat the eggs with sugar manually, but then you will have to spend a little more time — about 5 minutes. We do not need the stability of the egg mixture: the main thing is to achieve airiness and splendor.

Now pour coconut chips to the eggs with sugar.

And just mix the entire tablespoon or hand — to whom and how more convenient. It is important to look at the consistency of coconut cookies: the mass should not be liquid and keep the shape of a few seconds well. Then the chips will begin to fall apart — it should be so. If, nevertheless, the dough seems to you too moist (this happens when the chicken eggs are very large), you can additionally pour coconut chips, only a little. And now just let the dough stand for 5 minutes — during this time, the chips will partially absorb the liquid into itself and the dough will become more dry, but it will be quite sticky. The most important thing is that cookies should sculpt and not fall apart.
Step 6
Now we sculpt the blanks for the future cookies of the coconut with our hands. Take part of the dough and squeeze it with your hands, giving the shape of a cone (this is a traditional form for this cookie) or balls. Do not squeeze strongly, but do not let the test fall apart — you yourself will feel how to do it. We transfer the blanks to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. I get 15 cookies, but their number depends on the size of the workpieces.
Step 7
We bake the cookies of a coconut in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, you can already check the readiness, since the oven for everyone is different. As soon as the tops of the cookies are incurred, coconuts can be prepared. In hot form, the cookies will be very soft: let it not scare you — after cooling it will become more dense, so do not overdo it and let it burn out.

Immediately remove our fragrant sweet pastries from a baking sheet and give the liver to cool completely.
