Preparation: Step 1
-
Prepare all the ingredients for the home liqueur Bailize.
I have a vanilla extract, a few drops. If you take vanilla sugar, then this is 0.5-1 teaspoon.
25 grams refers to the already finished, brewed coffee espresso.
Most often I take 25% cream.
I’ll make a reservation right away, I didn’t try with vodka. Whiskey or brandy — I take, what is in stock. Preferably soft taste.
I take cocoa only natural — 99%. No mixtures.
-
Step 2
Cocoa, see the hot espresso and stir well, until dissolved.
Of course, you can replace espresso with ordinary soluble, strong coffee.
-
Step 3
Almost bring the cream to a boil and turn off.
Make coffee and vanilla essence. Or add a spoonful of vanilla sugar.
After heating, the taste of the cream changes slightly. They become more interesting, so … sealing.
And yes, you can not heat the cream, but skip this step.

Step 5
Prepare a bottle for a bailis liquor at home. Insert a funnel into the bottle and pour the cream mixture. Next, add whiskey there.
-
Step 6
Close the bottle tightly and shake everything intensively, mix well.
You can add a little walnut syrup or a couple of drops of almond essence.
-
Step 7
That's it, the liqueur Bailiz at home with condensed milk is ready!
And no, do not store it especially for a long time. Maximum week in the refrigerator. There are no stabilizers and the like. The amount is small, just for one gathering 2-5 people. It depends on how you are sitting 🙂
The liquor can be drunk immediately after mixing. If it is room temperature, then there will be a brighter taste of alcohol. After the refrigerator, everything is dull and becomes softer. The next day, it becomes only better.
I strongly recommend drinking a liquor with the addition of ice cubes.
Delicious to all home liquor!
