Preparation: Step 1
-
Prepare the ingredients for stuffed pipe pasta in cream.
Recommendations for the choice of ingredients:
You can buy minced meat or make it yourself. I used turkey hip fillets and missed through a blender.
I recommend cream with fat content of 20-30%, depending on preferences.
Tomato paste can be replaced with tomatoes in your own juice.
-
Step 2
Peel and cut the onion with a small cube. Grate the carrots on the middle grater — it will give the minced meat juicy. Grind the garlic with a knife or pass through the press.
-
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the onion over medium heat until soft — for about 3-4 minutes. Add carrots and garlic. Fry for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables become soft and fragrant.
-
Step 4
Add minced turkey. Mix well to break the lumps. Fry over medium heat until the minced meat is whitewashing — it will take about 10 minutes. At the end, add tomato paste, salt, pepper, slightly dried dill and a pinch of nutmeg. Stir and let cool a little.
-
Step 5
While the minced meat is warm, rub 30 grams of cheese there and mix — it will bind the filling and add saturation.

Step 6
Melt the butter in a small pan or saucepan. Add flour and quickly stir with a whisk — you get a thick mass (this is the basis for thickening the sauce). Prepare it literally 1-2 minutes, constantly interfering to remove the taste of raw flour.
-
Step 7
Gradually pour cream and milk, constantly stirring. It is better to pour the liquid in small portions, letting it thicken. When all the liquid is blown — bring to a boil and reduce the fire. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes to a light thickening.
-
Step 8
Prepare a baking form for stuffed tube pasta. Lubricate the bottom with a thin layer of creamy sauce — this will prevent handling and drying of the lower layer.

Step 9
Canneloni (pipe pasta) usually does not require pre -cooking, unless otherwise indicated on the packaging. Fill each tube with minced meat with a teaspoon or culinary bag. Fill out almost to the end, but not too tightly — when cooking, the filling will expand a little. Put the Canneloni stuffed with minced meat in a form with one even layer. Try to lie tightly, but not overwhelmed.
-
Step 10
When all the tubes are in place, evenly pour them with the remaining creamy sauce. It is important that the pasta is completely covered — this will allow them to soak and prepare evenly. Cover the shape with foil and put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake 30 minutes under foil.
-
Step 11
Get uniform, remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese on top — it forms a beautiful golden crust. And bake another 10-15 minutes until brown. If you want a pronounced crust, you can turn on the grill mode for the last 3-5 minutes.
-
Step 12
Stuffed pasta pipe with minced meat are ready. Get them out of the oven and let cool a little — 5-10 minutes. This will help save the form when slicing.
Serve, decorating with fresh herbs. A light vegetable salad, a glass of red wine or garlic bread are perfect for the dish. Bon appetit!
