Step 1
This simple baking recipe includes the following ingredients: wheat flour and corn flour, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.

Mix two types of flour with salt and vanilla. We sift through everything.

Combine soft butter with powdered sugar.

Grind everything to a homogeneous smooth mass.

Add flour and mix everything thoroughly.

Quickly gather everything into a ball with your hands and refrigerate the dough for an hour.

Then we cover the baking sheet with baking paper and turn on the oven to warm up. Divide the dough into balls (I got 9 pieces) and flatten them into flat cakes with your hands.
Step 9
Cook corn cookies at 170 degrees for about 13-15 minutes. Once the bottom is browned, the cookies are ready.
Step 10
Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
Step 11
If you wish, you can sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar, as they are not very sweet.
