Today we will prepare a simple and fast cabbage pie.
Of course, it cannot be compared with our favorite — a pie on a “ideal test”, but it definitely has the right to exist, because, despite simplicity, it is very tasty, and it is preparing much faster.
Product set:
- Surveillary puff dough, 250 gr.
- Cabbage, 1/4 head
- Carrots, 1 pc.
- Eggs, 2 pcs. + 1 yolk
- Parsley
- Green onions
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Cut the cabbage into strips, finely, boil the eggs screwed, cut into a cube, rub the carrots on a fine grater.
We heat a little oil in a pan, fry the cabbage for three minutes.
Add carrots, fry a couple of minutes.
Add greens, eggs, salt, pepper to taste, mix, warm up for a minute, remove from heat.
We lay the dough on the parchment greased with oil, stretch or roll out to a thickness of 3-4 mm, lay out the filling by half.
Cover with the second half of the dough, pinch with a fork.
Lubricate the egg yolk on top and send it to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
