Something for a long time we had no pies! Today we’ll try to prepare a very tasty thing according to the recipe of I. Chadeeva from her wonderful book.
The recipe is simple, the products are available, the result is excellent. Is this not an ideal example of a real homemade cake?
Product set:
- Flour, 180 gr.
- Cottage cheese, 180 gr.
- Cons. peaches, 6 halves (1 large bank)
- Sugar, 80 gr.
- Persian or apricot jam, 120 gr.
- Eggs, 2 pcs.
- Lemon, 1 pc.
- Butter, 50 gr.
- Baking powder, 5 gr.
- Salt, a pinch
We heat the oven to 170 ° C.
On a small grater, rub the zest of lemon.
Squeeze the juice.
We filter the jam from the lumps to get approximately a tablespoon, mix with Art. a spoon of lemon juice and set aside (this is to lubricate the finished pie).
Beat the remaining jam, the zest of lemon and melted oil with a mixer.
Add sugar, mix further.
Add cottage cheese, which is better to wipe through a sieve so that there are no lumps as in our case (or grind in a blender).
Add eggs, interfere.
Add a pinch of salt, flour, baking powder and knead the dough.
Lubricate the shape with butter, sprinkle with flour, lay out the dough and slightly press the halves of the peaches.
We bake for 45 minutes, cool slightly, lubricate the jam with lemon juice heated in the microwave with a mixture of jam, and serve.
