  • Step 4

    Sift flour in a large bowl. This will saturate it with oxygen, and the dough will turn out to be more air. In the center of flour, make a recess. Pour a warm milk mixture, add vegetable oil and break the egg. Start mixing with a spoon — the mass will resemble thick porridge.

  • Step 5

    Now start to gradually introduce a yeast mixture, continuing to mix.

  • Step 6

    When all the ingredients are connected, start kneading the dough. At first it will be quite sticky — this is normal. After 7-10 minutes of intensive batch, it will become smooth and stop sticking to the hands. You can knead manually or use a kitchen combine with a hook for the dough.

    If the dough is still sticking, slightly sprinkle the table with flour — but do not overdo it so that the pies do not become stiff.

    Roll the dough in the ball, put it in a bowl lubricated with vegetable oil, and cover it with cling film or towel. Remove in a warm place for 1-2 hours. The dough should increase at least half.

  • Step 7

    When the yeast dough rose well, rinse it with your hands to release excess carbon dioxide.

  • Step 8

    Then divide the dough into 15 identical pieces — so the pies will be the same in size. Roll up each piece in a neat ball and cover with a towel so that the dough does not be bent.

  • Step 9

    Roll each ball with a rolling pin so that a circle turns out. Put on a circle about a teaspoon with a slide of the filling and pinch, connecting the dough from two sides from sides to center.

    The peculiarity of pies with jam is that during baking they can leak. To avoid this, you should fulfill several simple conditions. You need to pinch the pies very carefully so that there are no undeveloped places. Jam should not fall on the edges of the dough, but only in the cent. Otherwise, the pie will not stick.

    And for reliability, you can thicken the filling. For example, corn starch. To do this, dilute 5-7 g of starch in 10 ml of water. Heat the jam over low heat, add diluted starch, mix well, bring to a boil and then cool. Such a filling will behave more predictably during baking and, even if it flows a little, it will not be critical.

  • Step 10

    Put the blanks on a greased baking sheet with a vegetable oil with a seam down. Leave the pies for proofing for 20-30 minutes, covering with a towel. During this time, they will become more magnificent and more tender.

    It is better to lay out yeast with jam on a baking sheet so that during the bake they do not come into contact with sides.

  • Step 11
