You can add a little crushed greens, garlic or favorite spices to the minced meat. If you want to add a little juiciness, mix in minced meat 1 tbsp. l. Sour cream or cream — it works especially well with chicken minced meat.

To moisten your hands in water and roll small balls from minced meat — approximately the size of a walnut (2.5-3 cm). Working with your wet hands is more convenient: the minced meat does not stick, and the balls are neat.

To freeze the meatballs, and you need to put on a board or flat plate. Send a board with meatballs to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, until they completely harden. It is necessary that the semi -finished products do not contact each other — otherwise they will stick together.
When the meatballs freeze, pour them into a bag or container with a lid. You can sign the date of frost. You can store up to 3 months. They do not lose their shape and taste if they are correctly packed and not rewind.
