    Prepare all ingredients for the preparation of carrot cutlets according to a classic recipe.

    Vegetable oil for frying is necessary without smell, refined. It can be not only sunflower, but also coconut, grape seed oil or any other.

  • Step 2

    Clean carrots. Close coarsely, put in a stewpan, pour water and boil until cooked. On average, it takes about 15 minutes.

    By the way, carrots can not only boil, but also bake entirely in the oven. To do this, you need to wrap the carrots in foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Relevance to determine with a sharp knife, it should easily enter to the middle of the carrots.

    Cool the finished carrots.

    Grate the carrots on a fine grater. You can, of course, use large, but on a small grater, the cutlets get a more delicate texture.

    Put the grated carrots in a deep cup. Add salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of semolina to it. For the recipe, I used a shy cereal from solid wheat varieties.

    The amount of sugar can be changed based on your taste preferences.

    Mix carrots with other ingredients. Leave for 10 minutes so that the semolina is slightly swollen.

  • Step 7

    Form carrot cutlets. To do this, lay out one tablespoon with a hill of carrot mass onto the palm of your hand, form a ball from it, and dip it in a semolina. Simp the ball slightly.

  • Step 8

    Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Heat it well on fire just below the average.

    Put classic carrot cutlets in preheated oil. Fry on one side for about 3-4 minutes. They should purchase crispy golden crust.

  • Step 9

    Turn carrot cutlets to the other side. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden.

  • Step 10

    Put cutlets from carrots on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

  • Step 11

    Carrot cutlets according to the classic recipe are ready.
