Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of a fish salad with rice and egg.
Fish can be taken different. For the speed and simplicity of cooking, I give preference to canned. Usually I cook such a salad with canned tuna or pink salmon. It turns out very tasty with hot smoking fish, you can take pink salmon or salmon, or even smoked perch. And the third option is to take raw trout, bake it or fry it, then divide the meat with your hands into small pieces. So it also turns out very tasty. A fish salad with rice gives a lot of opportunities for cooking variations.

Rinse rice. Pour 2 parts of water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Cool. Rice is better to take steamed, long -grain, so that in the salad it does not stick together.
I do not recommend using round rice at all, because porridge will turn out.

Boil eggs. Pour cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Cool in cold water.

Cut the half of the bell pepper with a small cube. If you like the taste of Bulgarian pepper, you can cut a whole, and then the salad will be more juicy.

Cut pickled cucumbers with small cubes. Their number can be adjusted in the greater direction if you want to make the salad more salty, with bright accents.

Collect a fish salad with rice.
Prepare tuna. Drain the excess liquid, knead the fish with a fork, if your tuna is in large pieces. You can take a salad tuna, where the fish will already be quite large. To make the salad less fat, it is better to take fish in your own juice, and not in oil.
In a deep bowl, combine rice, tuna, eggs, cucumber, corn and pepper. Drain the liquid from corn. Dry, if necessary.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. For a lighter option, replace mayonnaise with natural yogurt or sour cream.

A fish salad with rice and corn is ready. Mix thoroughly, let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer to the serving bowl and serve chilled.
