Prepare the ingredients: defrost the turkey if you use frozen fillets, pour the teriyaki sauce from a bottle or spider into a convenient bowl for lubrication. In this recipe, turkey in Teriai sauce in the oven I do not advise replacing it with chicken, it will turn out to be land.
Tip: Let the frozen meat lie down a little at room temperature and heat up. However, you should not defrost it under such conditions-remove it from the freezer 12-15 hours before cooking and put on the lower shelf in the refrigerator.
You can fry the meat in sunflower refined oil, it is not necessary to use olive. It is better to take a large poultry salt for grunts, but this is not fundamentally.

Sprinkle the turkey fillet with salt on both sides and massage a little. Thick fillet can be pierced in several places with a knife, but only to a depth to the middle of the piece or a little less.

Heat a deep frying pan, suitable in size to a piece of turkey. Pour the entire volume of olive oil.

Put a prepared turkey on a heated oil. Fry 2-2.5 minutes on the one hand.
Tip: I recommend not to miss the stage of preliminary frying of meat. This is necessary to seal the juices, due to such processing the fillet, it will turn out to be more tender and much tastier.
At this stage, it is time to turn on the oven to warm up at 180-190 degrees (upper and lower heating).

Turn over and fry for another 2-2.5 minutes on the other side until an appetizing crust is formed.
Important: if the turkey has a cut end, like my piece, be sure to fry it for another 1.5-2 minutes. Keep a piece by clutching a pan, with two shoulder blades.

Transfer the turkey into a glass or ceramic shape with high sides. You can use metal, but its thin walls distribute heat worse.

Coat a piece of teriyaki sauce from all sides, thoroughly passing between the folds and cracks, leave a little sauce to the re -coating. Put in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Get a turkey in a Teriani sauce from the oven after 25 minutes and coat again. Return to the oven and cook for another 20-25 minutes.

Important: the height of my piece in the largest part was about 8.5 cm, and after 45 minutes it was already ready.
A pink vein looks like a thin cartilage through the turkey fillet. She can confuse, as even after cooking retains a pink shade. Therefore, you should focus on the color between the fibers.

Finely chop green onions. Its piquant aroma perfectly complements the turkey in Teriyaki sauce, prepared in the oven.

The turkey in the Teriaki sauce in the oven is ready. Transfer it to the supply form, sprinkle with chopped onions. Cut the meat with thin slices or pieces — as you like more. And also sprinkle a little onions. Serve in a warm or cooled form. Bon appetit!
