Prepare a baking dish. Cover the form of parchment. If the parchment is poorly distributed in form, then just remember it. So parchment will perfectly close the entire shape. Pour the chicken prepared rice. If you have rice left, then just put it on the bottom of the form. Put the chicken on the top of the rice. If desired, you can tie her legs with culinary thread. So, the chicken when baking will retain a beautiful shape.

Add to the bottom of the form 1/3 of the glass of boiling water and put the chicken in the middle of the oven warmed up to 180 degrees. Bake a cornish chicken with rice within 50-60 minutes. Get the finished chicken from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes. Serve the cornish chicken on a rice pad.
Such a chicken can be prepared in advance. For this, the shape in which the chicken is baked, cover with foil before cooking. This is necessary so that the chicken does not fry from above. After preparing, leave the cornish chicken with rice on the table until it cools completely. Close the cooled dish with a film or foil and put in the refrigerator along with the form in which it baked. Before serving, put the form with the dish in the cold! oven. Remove the foil or film.
