Knead the dough. It should be completely unlimited and rather dense. If not enough flour, add more. If in the process of kneading there is not enough liquid, add water or milk (no difference). We shift the dough into a bag or tightly tightened in a bowl with cling film so that it does not be bent and not covered with a crust. We leave on the table for about half an hour while we are starting up.

Cut 200 grams of purified onions with a small cube.

In a pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil and lay the chopped onion.

Stiring, fry on a slight fire until soft and transparent. We cook, not forgetting to interfere, to a pleasant golden hue. In the process, salt (enough half a teaspoon).

Meanwhile, in any convenient way we melt 100 grams of butter. I do it in a microwave. We let cool to a slightly warm state so that it is convenient to work, or at room temperature.
