Red Sea salad with crab sticks

Preparation: Step 1

  • Prepare products for salad Red Sea.

    Crab sticks, if they are frozen, defrost in the refrigerator. To do this, transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator a day before cooking. Wash the bell pepper and tomatoes. Dry with a towel or napkins. Keep the cheese. Clean the garlic.

    If there is a desire, then you can make home mayonnaise. Preparing mayonnaise at home takes just a couple of minutes. Then the clove of garlic should break through the blender along with other ingredients. Mayonnaise will turn out to be brighter and more aromatic. And for salad, additional garlic is no longer required. But, if you use ready -made mayonnaise, then you need to pass the garlic through the press or finely chop it with a knife and mixed with mayonnaise.

  • Step 2

    Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

  • Step 3

    In the Bulgarian pepper, remove the seed box and whitish partitions inside so that the color of the chopped pepper is bright and homogeneous, and the dish is more beautiful. Cut the pepper with a small cube.

  • Step 4

    Cut the tomatoes into the plates and remove the juicy part with the seeds. This is necessary in order to remove excess fluid, so that the Red Sea salad does not turn out too wet and does not flow. Cut the remaining pulp with a small cube.

  • Step 5

    Remove the packaging film from crab sticks and finely chop into cubes.

  • Step 6

    The Red Sea salad can be collected in one salad bowl, mixing all the ingredients and tuck it with mayonnaise. But it looks especially impressive if you lay it out in layers. You can use one large culinary ring or portioned. This is a great way to make the feed more elegant.

    Put the portioned ring on a plate. Put the crab sticks with the first layer and slightly compact.

  • Step 7

    Lubricate with mayonnaise. To reduce the calorie content of refueling, half the mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream. I did so.

  • Step 8

    Put the tomatoes with the next layer. Close and slightly press. Grease again with mayonnaise.

  • Step 9

    Put a layer of cheese and gently compact.

  • Step 10

    Apply a layer of mayonnaise.

  • Step 11

    Put the bell pepper on top. To align beautifully. Carefully remove the ring.

  • Step 12

    The red sea salad with crab sticks is ready. Let the dish stand for at least 15–20 minutes in the refrigerator so that it is slightly saturated. And if you cook in advance — cover with a baking film and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
