  • Step 3

    Prepare a sauce for chicken breasts. Put in a small cup of mayonnaise, pesto sauce and black pepper. Mix everything well. If the sauce is not salty enough for you, add salt to taste.

  • Step 4

    Lubricate the fillet with the resulting sauce from all sides. Pay special attention to the incisions so that the sauce gets there. This will make the finished chicken breasts very fragrant and bright in taste.

    If you have time, at this stage you can put the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour. So it is even more soaked in marinade.

  • Step 5

    Prepare a parchment sheet. It can be arbitrary. The main thing is that it can be well wrapped in the fillet.

    Wrap the meat in parchment so that it covers the breast from all sides.
