We continue the topic of German cuisine.
Today I’ll tell you about the analogue of our solyanka, but in the European interpretation — with carawayess, beans and celery)).
To implement this chic soup, we need:
- Potato
- A couple of types of sausages (in our case, boiled linguistic and ham)
- Beans (red, canned)
- Celery
- Onion
- Cabbage
- Canned tomatoes in its own juice
- Caraway
- Ground pepper
- One liter of beef broth
We take potatoes, onions and celery and cut into small cubes:
Next, chop the cabbage:
Put the vegetables in warm broth, add caraway seeds, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes:
Along the way, cut the same cubes of sausage:
Add tomatoes to the broth with vegetables:
Cook for another ten minutes:
Add the beans and again cook this beauty for about fifteen minutes:
Finally, we put sausage in the soup, try, salt, pepper and cook the last 4-5 minutes:
Then we pour on plates and serve on the table:
Bon appetit!
