We continue the topic of German cuisine.

Today I’ll tell you about the analogue of our solyanka, but in the European interpretation — with carawayess, beans and celery)).

To implement this chic soup, we need:

  • Potato
  • A couple of types of sausages (in our case, boiled linguistic and ham)
  • Beans (red, canned)
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Canned tomatoes in its own juice
  • Caraway
  • Ground pepper
  • One liter of beef broth

We take potatoes, onions and celery and cut into small cubes:

Next, chop the cabbage:

Put the vegetables in warm broth, add caraway seeds, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes:
