Hi all.
Today we have an original guest — a salad of potatoes with chicken and pickled mushrooms.
The thing is tasty, bright, satisfying, so on weekdays and on holidays it will be very helpful.
Product set:
- Kurin fillet, 2 pcs.
- Pickled loads, 200 gr.
- Potatoes, 3-4 pcs.
- Cucumber, 1 pc.
- Sour cream, 2 tbsp. l.
- Remated tomatoes, 3-4 pcs.
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic, 1 tooth,
- Green onions
- Vegetable oil, salt
Mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes cut into slices, onions and garlic — finely.
We clean the potatoes, boil until cooked, cut into slices.
We cut the chicken fillet in half into flat pieces, salt, pepper, fry on heavy heat for one and a half minutes on each side.
For refueling, mix sour cream, garlic and olive oil.
We put everything in the deep bowl except on the onion, mix thoroughly, suppress if necessary.
Serve, sprinkling with green onions.
