To prepare this delicious and hearty snack cake, we will need the following ingredients: loaf, boiled sausage, fresh tomatoes, cheeses (melted with plates and any semi -hardness that melts well), chicken eggs, milk, mayonnaise, vegetable oil without odor, salt and ground black pepper.

We cut the loaf with slices of standard size. Depending on the size of the baking dish, they may need more or less than mine. So, I already took a rifled loaf and used 17 slices (with a total weight of about 400 grams). For each piece, we cut a small part (as in the photo) so that it is convenient to collect them in shape. Unused scraps can simply be folded in a bag and is, as usual, or cook homemade crackers or breadcrumbs.

On the one hand, lubricate with a thin layer of mayonnaise (2 tablespoons are enough in total). Mayonnaise I make homemade according to this simple and quick recipe.

Step 4

The baking dish (I have 24 centimeters with a diameter of 24) are lubricated with a tablespoon of vegetable oil without smell. We put the slices of the loaf, as shown in the photo.

Step 5

We cut 400 grams of your favorite boiled sausage in circles to make them equal to the loaf.

Step 6

We also cut a couple of rather large tomatoes in circles.

Step 7

We collect a huge buuttering pie, alternating the slices of the loaf, circles of boiled sausage and fresh tomatoes. In the center, I also made a small turret so that there was no free space.

Now, in the cuts between the loaf and tomatoes, we insert the melted cheese. I took a package (150 grams) — they usually have all square 8 slices. They need to be cut in half and inserted into the intervals. If it is not enough somewhere — it does not matter (cheese and so a decent amount turns out).

It's time to fill the future pie. We break 4 chicken eggs in a bowl, add 200 milliliters of milk, rub 50 grams of any semi -hard cheese, a little salt and ground black pepper. About salt: sausage, melt and semi -hard cheese and so salty, therefore neatly.

Step 10

We sprinkle everything with a whisk or even a fork.

Step 11

We evenly pour the workpiece and put in the oven pre -heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes (I baked the top+bottom without convection). In fact, all the products in the dish are ready and we need to wait until the fill is prepared and the cheese melts.

Step 12

We serve a diner cake from a loaf, sausage, cheese and tomatoes in warm form, breaking off the necessary amount of sandwiches. Prepare for health and pleasant to you appetite, friends!
