To prepare this fragrant, juicy and very tasty cake, we need the following products: wheat flour of the highest grade, natural pumpkin and apple puree (without sugar), butter (fat content of at least 72%), egg proteins, cranberries (fresh or frozen), purified walnuts, granulated nuts, orange zedra, an aligned -liner. dough and food soda, salt, vanillin. From aromatic additives, I use spices in ground form: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger. For the glaze, which we will then cover the finished Christmas cupcake, take orange juice, sugar and powdered sugar.

Immediately turn on the oven at 180 degrees. In a separate bowl, we sift 450 grams of wheat flour of the highest grade, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda, as well as spices — cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and a pinch of vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly and sift again through a small sieve. Dry mixture for cupcake is prepared.

Then slightly fry the peeled walnuts (so they will be even more fragrant) and chop them with a knife in large pieces. You can use any other nuts that you like more.

We sort the berries, mine and well dry with paper towels or towel. If you use frozen cranberries, let it thaw.

We start preparing the dough for the Christmas cake. In a large bowl or bowl we put 110 grams of soft butter (take it out of the refrigerator in a few hours) and add 300 grams of sugar.

Apple is similarly prepared, only bake the fruits whole, after a spoon we take out the pulp and grind it. Do not forget that the weight is already indicated in the form of mashed potatoes!

Mix everything until smooth, then add chopped nuts. We intervene them in the dough.

At the end, gently introduce cranberries in the fragrant orange dough so that they do not burst.

We let the ready Christmas cups stand in the form of 10 minutes, after which we take it out and let it cool while we will make the glaze.

For the glaze, squeeze the juice from the orange — we need only 70 milliliters.

We pour the juice into a stewpan or a small saucepan, pour 5 tablespoons of sugar there. We boil everything together over medium heat for about 2 minutes after boiling, not forgetting to stir.

Remove the dishes from the stove and cool the orange syrup to a warm (not hot) condition. Then add 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix everything thoroughly until the powder dissolves.
