For example, a mixer at high speed should be whipped for at least 5 minutes, and with a whisk — even more. Then we add egg yolks to the oil one, thoroughly whipping the mixture after each. The last we put the chicken egg and beat everything again.

When the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, air as a cream, you can add chopped (rub from lemon on a fine grater) lemon zest and slightly warm milk.

Once again we beat everything until smooth. After that, in a separate bowl, mix wheat flour, a pinch of fine salt and a baking powder of dough (2 teaspoons without a hill, that is, under the knife). We sift everything through a sieve to exclude lumps and additionally saturate the mixture with air. Then, in parts (for 3-4 doses), add a dry mixture to the dough, interfering with a spatula or tablespoon. You can mix at the lowest speed, but not for long.

Literally for 10-15 movements you will get a homogeneous cupcop dough. It is not necessary to mix for a very long time — as soon as all the flour is moistened, the dough is ready.

We take a suitable baking dish in volume (take into account that the dough during baking grows 2.5-3 times), lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil without smell. We shift the dough and level it with a spoon or spatula.
