Step 1
The recipe for this simple and delicious homemade pastry includes the following ingredients: wheat flour, kefir (any fat content), chicken eggs, green onions, salt, sugar, baking soda and ground black pepper. All products should be at room temperature.

Since we need very little time to prepare the dough and filling, we immediately turn on the oven to warm up (180 degrees). Let 3 hard-boiled chicken eggs cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Then we make the filling dough. To do this, combine kefir, three eggs, a teaspoon of salt, and sugar in a suitable container. Mix everything well.

Pour in sifted wheat flour, previously mixed with baking soda.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough without lumps.

Now we clean and chop the boiled eggs. Wash the green onion, dry it, and finely chop it. Add salt and ground pepper to the filling and mix.

Now pour half of the dough into a baking dish (mine is 24 centimeters in diameter). If you don't trust the mold, grease it with oil.

Then add a layer of egg and onion filling and smooth it out.

And fill with the second half of the dough.

Place the pie in a hot oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

This pie can be eaten immediately after cooking — I took it out of the pan directly hot.
