For the preparation of homemade non -exposure diner cakes, we will need the following ingredients: wheat flour (V.S.), kefir, ham, cheese, sunflower oil, green onions, salt, sugar and food soda.

200 grams of semi -hard or hard cheese is rubbed on a fine grater. Not the same for pancakes, but to make such a small chip.

We pour half the grated cheese into a deep bowl. Pour a slightly warm kefir (250 milliliters). Mix.

Next, we sift 300 grams of wheat flour. Add a teaspoon of sugar, salt and soda on a half.

Mix, and then knead the dough until smooth. The non -external dough for future cakes should be soft, but at the same time do not stick to the hands. We cover it with a towel or cling film and leave it on the table while we make the filling.

Cut 200 grams of ham with a small cube.

A small bunch of green onions is also finely chopped with a knife.

We transfer to a bowl, add grated cheese (the second half — 100 grams).

Mix. The filling for cakes is ready. It is not necessary to salt, since the ham with cheese itself is decent salty.

The dough on kefir managed to rest. We cut it into 8 identical ones (if you wish, use kitchen weights) of parts and roll each into the ball.

Using a rolling pin, roll out into a thin cake. For rolling, you need a little flour (I did not indicate in addition to the ingredients).

In the center we put the filling. It must also be divided into 8 parts.

Pull the edges of the dough up and pinch, hiding the filling.

We roll out the workpiece, giving it the shape of a flat tortilla.

We heat a pan of small diameter and pour a little vegetable oil into it (about 3 tablespoons will be needed for all the cakes). Put the first workpiece and fry with medium heating until golden brown.
Step 16
We turn over and brush the second side. One cake is prepared for no more than 4-5 minutes. Similarly, fry the remaining seven blanks, as necessary for pouring oil.

Serve appetizing, tasty and satisfying raw cakes with warm ham. Prepare for health, friends, and pleasant appetite!
