If desired, you can add a little ketchup or mustard so that the taste becomes more saturated, and the texture is juicy. Whoever loves more, can put a couple of rings of fresh sharp pepper. It will be delicious with chopped herbs — dill, parsley or green onions. And if you add thin slices of the tomato, it will turn out almost like a mini-pizza. In this case, it is worth folding the lavash in two layers so that the juice does not flow.

Gently turn the lavash with the filling: you can in the form of a roll, or can be folded with an envelope, bending in half in the case of a round lavash.
