Step 1
The recipe for this delicious bread includes ingredients such as: wheat flour, warm water (about 50 degrees), egg whites, sugar, salt, butter, active dry yeast and sesame seeds for sprinkling.

First, dissolve salt, sugar and butter in warm water.

Sift the wheat flour into a bowl and pour active dry yeast into it and mix.

We make a hole and pour in our water and oil. Knead the dough for about a minute.

Beat the whites with a mixer into a dense, stable foam.

Add whipped whites to the dough. To be honest, it's quite difficult to stir in proteins — they just don't really want to combine into a single whole. So I used a bread maker — in 10 minutes it did its job perfectly!

This is how we got such a tender and soft little bun. Let it sit in a warm place for 2 hours.

An hour later we have this picture — the dough has grown 2.5 times.

We knead it gently and again send it to rest in a warm place for an hour.

Well, just look how the dough has grown! It’s even difficult for me to say how many times — probably 4, or even 5!

Punch down the dough and divide it in half.

Roll out each piece into a layer about 5-7 mm thick.

Roll into a loose roll.

We transfer two blanks for future bread on whites onto a baking sheet, which we first cover with parchment and sprinkle with a little flour.

Spray the loaves with water and make cuts.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds — optional. We leave the loaves to grow for half an hour, and in the meantime preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Bake the loaves on egg whites at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Then cool on a wire rack and you can take a sample!
