Prepare ingredients for cranberry and sour cream pie.
The pie turns out moderately sweet, but don’t forget that we also have chocolate icing. So I would not recommend taking more than 120 grams of sugar.
At the same time, cranberries are a sour berry, and I don’t recommend reducing the amount of this same sugar either. But here it is at your discretion, fear and risk).
I use 25% sour cream. It can be replaced with thick Greek yogurt.
I use vanilla extract.
Important: From the total amount of flour, set aside 1 tablespoon for sprinkling the berries. And set aside a handful of berries to decorate the top of the pie.
The mold used in the recipe had a diameter of 20 cm.

Add a spoonful of flour and sift the rest with baking powder and soda.
Baking powder and soda in tandem make baked goods fluffier.

Again, mix everything until smooth. Turn on the oven at 170 degrees.

Mix unfrozen cranberries with a spoonful of reserved flour.

There is no need to add excess flour remaining in the berry plate.

Line the pan with baking paper and transfer the dough, leveling the surface.
Try to cover all the berries with the dough so that they do not burn or dry out.

Place the pie with cranberries and sour cream in a hot oven (170 degrees) for about 50-60 minutes.
If the top burns, cover with foil.

Pour milk into a saucepan or saucepan, add chocolate and melt everything, stir until smooth.
