Something we recently hit the fast food). Today we will prepare another version of the burger — this time with a turkey pier, fried apple, kamamber cheese and lingonberry sauce.
And as an accompaniment, we will make a salad Cole with a corn.
Product set:
- Remoire from the thigh of the turkey, 200 gr.
- Burger buns, 2 pcs.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Cabbage, 100 gr.
- Apple, 1 pc.
- Kamamber, 50 gr.
- Corn (cons.), 40 gr.
- Mayonnaise, 30 gr.
- Brusnice sauce, 30 gr.
- Microsemon, vegetable oil, salt
We clean the apple, rub one half on a large grater, cut the second thin slices.
We cut the cabbage into strips, put in a deep bowl, add, wech with our hands, rub the carrots on a large grater, add to the cabbage along with corn, grated apple and mayonnaise. Mix, set aside.
Fry the buns from the inside in a red -hot dry pan for a minute, put it to the side.
Add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the pan, fry the apple slices for one and a half minutes on each side.
Add 0.5 tsp to minced meat. Salt and pepper, mix, form two cutlets.
Fry the cutlets in a pan for 2 minutes on one side, turn over, put the slices of Camamber on top, fry for another 2 minutes.
Lubricate the lower parts of the buns with lingonberry sauce, put the slices of apples, cutlets with cheese and a microwave on top.
We cover with the upper halves of the buns and serve with a salad.
